My husband and I were in the process of moving to Central Oregon and were coming from out of state. We had absolutely no idea who to contact, but thanks to our seller’s agent in our former home area, we were connected with Molly. Molly worked with us over the phone before we arrived, got us set up to receive emailed listings, and patiently waited until we were both available and in Oregon to physically view homes. She was flexible, open-minded and truly wanted us to find what we were looking for in our new home, rather than trying to force anything on us. Molly gave me the best experience I've ever had in real estate in my life. I couldn't be happier. She was willing to go to the next level to help me find the right home for what I needed, and at at time when the market was insane. Houses were going for $100K+ over the asking price and there was a buying frenzy, I was getting discouraged and was ready to give up and rent for a year. But she persistently kept looking until she found me my dream home. I've owned 4 homes prior to this and my father was a realtor for over 30 years, so I'm familiar with the business of buying and selling homes. The global pandemic was not the best time to be looking for a home in Bend: inflated prices, surplus buyers, and low inventory. We were about to give up when we met Molly Jo at an open house. When we found a property that was perfect for us, we learned there were other buyers interested, and a contract had been submitted. Molly Jo helped us quickly assemble a competitive offer. After some negotiating and excellent advice from Molly Jo, we were able to bring our two year search to a happy conclusion. This was our first home purchase in Oregon and Molly Jo guided us through the closing process. She kept us informed on inspections, repairs, and local rules and regulations. She was there when we signed our contract to answer any last minute questions. Even after closing, she quickly addressed the additional issues we discovered. Buying a home can be intimidating and it's important to have an agent who will be an advocate throughout the entire process. Sitting in our home today, we couldn't be happier and have no doubt that we wouldn't be here without the efforts of Molly Jo.

10/11/2023 - bejhawk Bought a Townhouse home in 2023 in Summit West, Bend, OR. If I could give more than 5 stars, Molly Jo would get it. I lived out of state before I bought in Bend, so I couldn't view the houses that were on the market. Sure, I looked online and saw photos of the interiors and yards. But Molly Jo did an outstanding job of helping me get to know the different neighborhoods. I had a checklist of what I wanted: 3BD, 2BA, pedestrian-friendly, not too far out of town, a driveway that wasn't on a steep slope, not so old that I'd be in for a lot of repairs in the near future, not on a noisy street. She pointed out things I couldn't see from the online images and was always responsive to my questions. When I flew into town, she drove me all over to take a look at the options before I made my decision. I'm thrilled to be living where I bought and Molly Jo even got it for less than it was listed. How could anyone ask for more?
